🎂 Birthdays & 💍 Anniversaries
Manage recurring celebrations. The public homepage and church calendar update automatically each month. Each celebration must have permission for public display.
Privacy: Confirm permission from the member or couple before enabling public display. Photo permission is separate. Only the approved name, month/day and optional photo will be public. Birthday years are never shown.
Automatic member-date sync: Approved contact updates and new members create private birthday/anniversary drafts. Review each draft, confirm permission to publish the name and month/day, and then select Public display approved. Photos require separate permission. Existing approved entries are not changed automatically when a member edits a date; review those manually.
